Identity
Every practitioner confirms their legal identity against government ID before their profile is created. We hold the record; we never publish it.
References
Two references from clients who have worked with them over time — not one-off readings.
Craft
A sample reading, assessed blind by two practitioners already on Lumia. We are looking for care and clarity, not a particular tradition.
Reviews
Only people who paid for a reading can review it. Practitioners cannot delete reviews, and neither can we.
